Shipping Policy

 

For your convenience, the price of shipping is calculated at the checkout.  Where do we ship?  All over Canada and the United States.  Sorry, we currently do not ship outside of North America.  

 

Domestic (in Canada) shipping times are typically 5-7 business days, while shipments to the United States are approximately 7-10 business days, provided there is no delay with customs. Please take this into account when placing your order.  All orders will be issued a tracking number for your convenience. 

 

Your purchase will be protected during shipping. We pack all signs in bubble wrap and a rigid cardboard box.  We do our very best to ensure that your purchase will arrive safely and damage free.

 

In the unlikely event of one of your purchases are damaged during shipping, we will replace it with the exact same piece free of charge.  If the piece you initially ordered is no longer in production, we will provide you with a store credit for the same value. Please see our FAQ section for instructions as to how to make a claim.

 

Please take care to ensure that your shipping information is correct as Woodland Creek Sign Co. is not responsible for lost or failed deliveries due to address discrepancies. 

 

Please allow 10-14 days once your order is placed for your once-of-a-kind piece to be created and shipped.

What to do if your piece has arrived damaged

 

Please document the damage with photographs.  Include a picture of the packaging, the product as a whole, and a close up of the damage.  Then, email your damage claim and photos to woodlandcreek@rogers.com.  We will be back to you within 48 hours, and ship your free replacement piece.  

 

Variations

 

Every piece is handmade by us at Woodland Creek Sign Co, so every piece will be slightly different from what you may see on our site.  While we do our best to present the pieces as accurately as possible in our photos, your computer monitor/screen may display colours differently than they may appear in real life.

 

In addition to this, wood is our primary material.  As such, is subject to uncontrollable variations such as grain pattern, cracks, weathering & saw markings (on rustic frames), stain/paint absorbency, as well as knots, nicks, and natural imperfections.
